Please contact a wildlife rescue organisation if you see an animal in distress.
Indicators of sickness in a koala include:
- Crusted, infected or inflamed eyes;
- Bleeding;
- A wet and dirty bottom;
- Sitting at the base of a tree for an extended period of time.
